Shakahari Bhojan – Vegetarian / Vegan Entrees

All our vegetarian entrees use fresh vegetables (organic when possible) and spices, and the yogurt and cheese is homemade
(all dairy is hormone free). All entrees are vegan unless noted (i.e. cheese) and most “dairy” entrees can be made vegan
upon request
(i.e. tofu may be used as a substitute for Indian cheese). The entrees are made to order, so please be sure to specify
how spicy you would like your entree (mild, medium, hot, x-hot, xx-hot or xxx-hot) and any other special requests (i.e. vegan).
